Hylands

Set within the parklands of Hylands Estate, our Hylands café is a larger space shaped by its surroundings — with room to sit, gather and stay a while.


Across the café and courtyard, you’ll find Allpress coffee, brunch and lunch dishes, and a menu built around fresh ingredients, alongside our deli classics including sausage rolls and sandwiches made to order. A small, carefully chosen selection of pantry goods is available to take home, bringing a little of the deli with you.


At the back of The Deli, our dog-friendly cafe and courtyard makes it a natural stop after a walk with plenty of space for four-legged guests to settle in too.

Nearby the playground, our kiosk serves coffee and ice cream for those on the go, with picnic benches for a more relaxed stop.

We’re open seven days a week, with plenty of space indoors and out.

Dog-friendly areas

Located at the back of The Deli, near the ornamental gardens is our dog-friendly courtyard. Our full deli menu is available to order for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Serving food from 8am-3:30pm everyday or coffee and cake until 4pm.

Nearby the playground, our kiosk (pictured) serves coffee, light bites and ice cream for those on-the-go, with picnic benches for a more relaxed stop.

Please note that The Deli Dog Cafe is outside with only some covered area available.

Dogs must be kept on leads when visiting us in the Dog Courtyard.
